I have heard there is a bus similar to greyhound that runs twice a day from Albuquerquie to aTaos. Does anyone have any info on the TNM &O coach location and schedules that would be awesome. I have called numbers I found online and have not found any info. Thanks for the help as I will be there in a few days
Thanks

I believe that's a separate bus line owned by Greyhound. The experience is the same as traveling by Greyhound. Terrible. I have traveled by bus too many times since I was 18. It was bad being left stranded in Nebraska and having to fly out to arrive at my destination on time. The last trip though really did it. They were late arriving, late leaving, late at each layover. Then the last bus had some gang member and some woman talking loud non-stop, keeping everyone up all night. The driver did nothing, though I'm not sure there was much he could have done.

That said, if I were going to Taos, AND I was traveling alone, I'd use them. You can call Greyhounds customer service number and ask them. If you do not find a schedule between ABQ and Taos online, they may not go there.

Another option, the Rail Runner from ABQ to Santa Fe, and then there's some other bus that goes from there to Taos. I don't have many details about it.

Locals in Taos call the shuttle from the Railrunner to Taos "The Blue Bus". I would imagine you have more time slots throughout the day (and less expense) by using that approach than using Greyhound or TNM&O (which I believe are the same bus, no matter what it's called).

As an added bonus, Railrunner picks you up in numerous locations, whereas the bus station downtown.. ::cough::

How disappointing. When I saw the thread title, I was hoping this was a bit of good news for UNM football.

I don't believe there is a bus station in Santa Fe anymore.

No greyhound station in taos anymore. Best Bet is to get to Santa Fe and from there are numerous blue buses(free) usually 2 in am & 2 in pm to Espanola with bus connections to Taos & These are weekday (RidetheBlueBus.com) . Santa Fe TO Espanola / Espanola TO Taos................WEEKEND a straight ride Santa Fe TO Taos 1 bus am & 1 bus pm Taos Express WITH a fee about $5.00..........Weekday Free chg. bus in Espanola / Weekend $5.00 Straight Ride Santa fe Bus-Train Term. To Taos......... This info is the best I've got as of 07/23/'15...............Santa Fe has a train/bus depot along with mini-train (RailRunner) to various outlying areas. From the santafe depot you should be able to get to anywhere you're heading , the Blue Bus is free and heads to all sorts of places round trip. There is also another bus line called the Chile Line which has bout 40 fixed stops along a 10 mi run of st.Hwy. 68 serving the town of taos......Tax Dollars how they are supposed to be spent unlike Louisiana where nutin ain't free & all goes into back pockets & under de table , state motto "I'm gonna get mines"...............................With the Blue Bus/Chile Line/RailRunner/Amtrak/Greyhound ...It seems you can get there from where if without trans. or if you just don't want to drive. They are set up for round trips
