Making a road trip someone time at the end of February and was just wondering how the weather would be on top of Sandia? Will there still be snow?

More often than not, February has a snowpack on the upper Sandias, but it's sometimes thin and patchy.

It really depends on the snowfall between now and then. Even making fake snow, the ski area sometimes opens not at all during dry years. They say this is supposed to be another dry winter, so your odds are worse this coming February than other ones.
