I've heard very good things about El Chicken, regularly parked at Central & San Pedro, but still haven't tried it yet (and I do live in the general area).

Food trucks are usually outside Marble Brewery downtown, La Cumbre Brewing Co off Candelaria and the Tractor Tap Room in Nob Hill.

Almost all have FB pages with menus and locations.

Rich, you rock. Only two I can add are:

Friday and Saturday nights on Louisiana just north of Central.
and
Sometimes (weekends, usually) in 550 in Bernalillo, north side, usually near the auto parts store and the new tractor supply.

You tend to see a number of food trucks on downtown Central Ave at night on the weekends when all the barhoppers are out. You need lots of foot traffic to make a food truck work, and there is no area of ABQ that really has enough to develop a food truck culture.

Interesting article, they believe Albuquerque is the 4th best city in the US to join the "mobile food industry".
