A new Upscale Boutique Hotel, is planned for Old Town near Hotel Albuquerque.

Actually, considering the location and the amenities available that's not a bad price. I believe its still cheaper than the Hotel ABQ, and comparable with the avg. nightly rate at the Hotel Parq Central.
