Yep, I've called every Vet (literally) in ABQ and either they don't board birds or they "think" they board birds which I've learned means they treat birds like third-class creatures. I've actually had one boarding facility show me a "utility room" with no windows and a wooden table -- I was told they'd keep her cage on the table
-- a well known Vet clinic actually is boarding birds in their "Cat Room" -- yes, in the Cat boarding room! It breaks my heart to see that birds, in my case, a smart, loving intelligent Parrot just gets no respect
