Jackson obviously loses this battle in population but what about the skyline and downtown size in general.
The criteria are:

1. Height of buildings (which are pretty close)
2. Sight-lines to skyline
3. Architecture
4. Scenery
5. Size of the skyline overall

To be honest, I kind of miss the old red and yellow scheme on the coliseum in Jackson. But ABQ wins on all the rest of it.

They are both not that big or tall...

Albuquerque definitely beats Jackson, imo. Albuquerque has more regional design and flair that is appropriate for the Southwestern region. Jackson's skyline is more generic & basic, imo.
