Has anyone heard of Mehran Lofts?
There doesn’t seem to be any reviews on Apartment Ratings which is unusual for an old building. I am interested because I’ve heard tall buildings constructions is concrete and less sound penetrate.

What tall buildings? Where is this building located? I can't think of any apartment buildings over 5 stories in Albuquerque except an old apartment building on Loisianna that no longer exists.
