Hey 6/3 -

I know this isn't HS-football related, but what the hey -

WHAT IS UP WITH THE LOBOS???

How do they look so good against a good Arizona squad (a game I was able to watch up here on CBS C television) but then just get POUNDED by the likes of TCU and Tulsa, and even lose to a woeful Texas A&M squad?

Despite all of the negativity and pessimism ABQeans often have about Coach Long and the program, overall, the program has quite a bit of talent and has been consistently a pretty good team. What I saw out of them versus Arizona was nothing different...good QB, great RB, decent defense, etc. Then they go out and just get humiliated vs. Tulsa.

Granted, I think Tulsa is very good this year, but to give up 56 to them??!

Any thoughts?

That's ok as your always welcome to chime in Enjoy !! Yeap i can't figure it out as they beat a good Arizona team and then to lose like they have has me confused. Maybe one of the ''Diehard'' lobos will chime in on that.
