Growth of ABQ Metro vs Tucson Metro ? (estimated, retiree)

I dont have the link but I saw that the Tucson metro is gonna grow to be at least 200,000-300,000 people bigger than ABQ's, currenty it is about 100,000 bigger, Why do you think Tucson is attracting more people than ABQ, personally I think ABQ is alot more attractive to the average person.
I think Albuq will have slightly better growth in its employer base, while Tucson will have a slight edge in luring [most] retirees. The larger employer base probably counts more for overall growth, so I'd say Albuq has the edge.
Why all the concern over Tuscon? I am only vaguely aware of its existence. Also, I suspect a lot of its growth is retirement population, as mentioned above, from Phoenix and probably the expensive cities in southern California.
Why don't you guys do some research on what drives population, average age of citizens before you post?
