Sure would like to get some color in our yard and plant flowers. This weather is driving me crazy.....warm, then cold, warm, and cold again. When do you plant your flowers?

What part of the state are you in? Up here in northern NM, it's too soon.

Maybe in another month....

I realized as soon as I posted that I should have been more specific about the area.
I live in the Albuquerque area. Thanks!

I am not a real gardener, I plant some things, am turning my flower beds now. I live in Rio Rancho.

My chrysanthemums are showing new growth.

I got daffodil's popping up through my gravel right now... I thought they were weeds... I let them grow too long, now I guess I have to care for them.

Go to a local nursery and ask.

I plan on buying some potted outdoor plants this weekend.

I will move this thread to the Albuquerque forum so the experts can help...
