Maple, good. You will not regret, only good results. I have a male friend who is 79 and we talk about every 6 months and talked yesterday and talk candidly about everything health, sex etc...and he's taking grape seed ex now going on 8 yrs...he's very allopathic but he "heard me" and got on it. No regrets from him.

Jamin,

Do you take 200 mg pill twice a day, please?
Thank you.

Yes, you can build up to that. If you are really thin, you can do good with 200mg once a day. But since you have chronic issue, good to take a loading dose in the beginning.

As I've said I started with Pycnogenol back in 1995 and within about 4 days I no longer took a drug...my allergy issues were like gone. I continued with "P" for a year and then found grape seed ex, less money and just as effective from I was told. I've not taken a drug for allergy issues in going on 21 yrs this Sept.

This OPC helps SO MANY other issues humans and animals deal with.

I tried grape seed extract for a couple months. Did nothing for me. Flonase at this time of year is the only thing that gives me air flow through my nose.

You may not have taken enough or long enough, it saves me...I'm so glad not to take the drugs. Plus it does so much more, subtle and for many obvious.

Didn't work for me. At all. From what I've read, I'm not alone in that. Glad it helps you, but for me Flonase works so that's what I'm sticking with. Also going to stick with Symbicort for my asthma cause breathing is high on my list of things I enjoy.

I didn't realize you deal with asthma. A bridge friend has been taking grape seed ex for probably 6 yrs and nasty allergies and asthma but she is imroved and still takes meds but less than she did before grape seed ex. She has her husband on Grape Seed too for general overall health and anti aging. So there are many stories on it's use. And reviews.
