If it's really a sinus infection you'd probably be better off with antibiotics or using a saline rinse. It's also best to get to the root cause of why you got a sinus infection, often allergy. There are homeopathic remedies for all sorts of things but, personally, I've never found one that worked for an actual sinus infection.
I've had mixed results with homeopathy--great results the few times I had a very knowledgeable practitioner. Poor results with a medical doctor who was trying to learn homeopathy, and fair results looking it up on my own and just trying different remedies. With homeopathy a lot of it depends on WHY you have the symptom; the appropriate remedy will vary.
I would not mess around with a sinus infection. I recommend you make an appointment with an ENT (Ear, nose, and throat doctor.) You may have a condition, like a deviated septum or nasal polyps that could be causing the infection.
Homeopathy means: A system for the treatment of disease by minute doses of natural substances that in a healthy person would produce symptoms of disease.
If you mean naturopathy (sp?): I would use a sinus rinse.
But it depends on the type of sinus infection, if you have yellow or green mucus you need a doctor's appointment and probably antibiotics.

What I really meant was "has anyone used homepathy to treat an infection successfully".
I'm well aware of it's meaning, I've been using it for years. I also know that a homeopathic remedy that treats a sinus infection in one person, won't necessarily be the same for another.
I can't see any mucus, my nose is not filling up, it's all post nasal drip and I am now on antibiotics, nasonex and sudafed :-(. The cause is allergies.

Than you might as well work your way through those options. We could all say one of them worked for us, but from what you say it won't necessarily work for you.

2 people going on their 3rd round of antibiotics finally did what I told them
And thanked me later.
Snort (like cocaine) a matchhead size of Golden Seal in each nostril.
You get out so much gunk you will be amazed...and thank me.
Just buy a tablespoon from the jars at the bulk Health Food stores.
