I've been looking for another method that might possibly help with all the pain I've been having these past few years because of my scoliosis and other back/hip conditions I have. I've heard recently about something called the Schroth method of physical therapy, which apparently is different then the physical therapy I've done in the past. So this is giving me another slight chance at having at least some reduced pain and will hopefully allow me to get back to living my life sometime soon. (Haven't been able to hold a job or do much else because of the pain for quite some time now.) I'm just curious as to if there's anyone here who has had personal success with this so called method and what their problem was that it helped with. If you have tried it yourself and/or know of any practitioners in the North Jersey area specifically I'd appreciate your response.
