Yep. Modern medicine is mostly interested in getting you hooked on...medicines. And lots of expensive doctor visits. I am 45, and take no medicines at all. Only some herbal supplements. Much cheaper to avoid all of this nonsense.....except as a last resort.

My grandma would give us a tablespoon of warm honey & lemon, when we had a sore throat. I use to hate it then and didn't use honey at all for years! But, when I feel a sore throat or cough coming on, that's what I do now. But with local raw honey, the taste is so much better or a very hot cup of tea w/honey. The plus side..I think of my grandmother.

I am almost two years out from chemo and radiation. I've been severely nauseas and painfully and hugely bloated ever since.
Three weeks ago I replaced commercial dairy with raw milk and amazingly I feel better and better every day. Even my chronic allergies and stuffy, drippy sinuses are now totally clear.
The constant harsh coughing from post nasal drip is gone, thus the vomiting and incontinence from such violent coughing are gone as well.
The change is truly incredible, and though I am not 100% yet I feel much better than I have in 23 months.

I have heard similar stories regarding conventional milk. It would be a very difficult experiment to perform but I am sure there is something with that! Glad to hear you are feeling better!
