Iodine has so many benefits and I've been taking 2-3 drops of Iosol in NOT tap water for years and when I've skipped dosing, I would end up with breast pain and tenderness. Other subject but just say the need for iodine in general for all tissues.

I favor oil of oregano for infections. Get the good stuff at the health food store, not Walmart.
