Just hearing an exchange on the radio with Dr. Drew Pinsky and David Lazarus, LA Times columnist about the doctor shortage predicted to be 5000 or more by 2025. More and more NP's will be used for patients visits. Could be the 5000 is a low prediction. With our growing population, it will get harder and harder to keep up with the demands.
