The Avocado Pit (Best Part)

I throw so many pits away...just found this info and will watch the video on preserving the pit. Something about those seeds that have all the power. Like another great seed I know very well.

The California Avocado Board disagrees. While there is some interest in the potential benefits of the pit, there’s concern about the safety of ingesting it. Maybe one day we’ll know a definitive answer. Until then I’ll stick to the tasty part known to be safe.

Interesting, for every positive comment, there are opposing ones. Not just on the avocado but on everything.

I'm considering it but not going overboard. Throwing those beautiful seeds away kinda seemed wrong to me anyway. Just like how forever, everyone spit out grape seeds.
