I am not sure what context this question is in, so I will just give a hypothetical response as if I were to move there (even though I have no intention of doing so).

The large health care company I work for in the US recently acquired Amil Participações which is a big health Care company headquartered in Rio De Jainero. I suppose I personally would try to seek employment there.

If that doesn't work out, I guess I could drive a bus or a taxi.
