OK I lived in USA about 15 years and has been successfully especially in recent years after studying engineering and worked in hi tech field. Currently live in hub of all tech companies silicon valley where there are lot of opportunities if I live here. I like lifestyle here and surroundings ocean on one side and mountain on another. Activities are almost endless. But on the other hand some aspect of my life is not that great. In 15 years I didn't not manege to get married and now 36 and unlikely any time soon. Life has been too busy concentrating on my career advancement school etc., however don't regret my past. I actually think it is better than trying to make ends meet with multiple kids. I have no problem spending another few years with no family. Also extremely polarized politics drive me crazy. I virtually don't like the government at all considering what it had messed up in middle east. It makes me sick into stomach that my share of taxes contributes and government trying to meddle in other affairs and politicians are endlesly trying to make people believe they are most powerful country and look at other countries either as rich n poor etc., People are always arguing left n right who is to blame for income inequality, immigration, poverty, country's mounting debt, crumbling healthcare and social security and crazy gun crimes and gun ownership. People dresses casually and not stylishly, I don't like it but yet they buy huge mansion, grow bellies and drive nice cars and paranoid about security and foods are so unhealthy. It seems like it is impossible to get healthy food from groceries nowadays, think about sugar drinks, calories, processed foods, subsistence farming, fast foods etc. I just cant trust what I am eating. Average lifestylke feels too monotonous n dull. People are so concerned n obsessed with jobs, money, I feel people also are too private individualistic selfish. And there recently lot of controversies of government being able to wiretap any citizen and all of a sudden i dont feel like i am living in a free country. Sure they are many good sides of living in US and i am only picking up negatives here but for me I think I am getting tired. Also one of my roughest life experiences was during I live here.

If I move to other country, most important thing is I don't wanna lose track of hard earned career. Since I worked in an it engineering field I am currently considering which country where there at least some ample opportunities in my field. Secondary preference would be good warm weather, opportunity to interact people more openly, friendly laid back population, less politics in case if I decide those are my preferences. I just wanted my next few years of my life is bit more adventureuos more interesting.
I contemplated place like Japan Korea hong kong brazil germany but language difficulties might be an issue in some of the places. Sorry this is so broad topics but I just wanna brainwash here. I have experience in multiple countries as a expect pls share your experience..

I don't know, but it seems really stupid to move to a country where you don't speak the language fluently.

Also, it doesn't seem like a very good idea to ask a messageboard where you want to move. There is a lot of work that goes into moving to a new country, not just like moving to another state. This is only a decision you can make.

It's kind of hard to take a question like this seriously.

You can't just move to another country only because you want to. You need a special type of visa that is difficult (sometimes impossible) to obtain.

Every country has different visa restrictions. If there is a shortage of locally available talent, that may be an easy way to get a visa. So the question is: how special are your skills? Language is also a barrier. Culture is also no easy nut to crack.
I've worked in an Asian country for 5 years and the company culture is very different. There's overwhelming bias that westerners can't assimilate well. But Don't let it get you down. If you really want to do it, make a plan and do it.
