Santiago, Chile area....what an absolute amazing location. Not to far to the east are the High Andes and not too far to the west is the Pacific Ocean. The climate is good and because it is an large international city there is a lot to do.

Santiago is the only city I can be in and then return to Stockholm, Sweden and NOT feel I'm back to civilization...

BA and MV are getting there also in a few years.

Really? I always found Sao Paulo and Rio way more cosmopolitan and interesting.

Santiago... back to the civilization "mapuche"... for me Buenos Aires is better than Santiago, although the Chile is better than the La Argentina. But I prefer a thousand times more Curitiba.

Yes, both cities have too much 3:rd world feel compared to Santiago. I would never choose Brazil over Chile unless Brazil have decades of sustained, high economic growth.

Chile, Uruguay, Panama.

Because of their (relatively) strong economies, cosmopolitanism, and access to lots of natural beauty.

List of cities by GDP - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Chile is a third world too not like Sweden... Santiago GDP for example is too low for capital federal... look at Brasilia or Sao Paulo.

What are you talking about? I think you are a bit lost. Plus, I don't understand most of your posts, not only language wise, but also because you keep changing your mind. Oh well.

Learn how GDP works
