Remember I post daily City Data, I hook up the population of everything and there was this website called Breakthrough technology that powers census data discovery over Bing Maps and African American population of the biggest city went down lot and I was not happy at all including Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Oakland, San Francisco, New Orleans, Atlanta, and other biggest cities. It went down lot, please tell me whats going on, and why the black population are going down please?
Just the next foreign ethnic groups cycling in, so more and more African Americans are choosing "suburbia" (would be my guess).
I noticed a trend here in South Florida where it used to be the Whites worked the farms, then Mexicans, and now recently they too have been replaced with new arrivals from Guatemala and Haiti. Many of the previous middle & lower level farm workers have left the farming communities and into the burbs while the big shots remain. I know it's not what you asked but I think it's the same thing, just on a much smaller scale.
Americas generally refer to both continents and the Caribbean outside of the US. Although with some lap over for hemispheric issues. Your OP seems to be USA specific
The Americas (AKA a good third of the entire world's landmass)
America (AKA the United States of America, the U.S., U.S.A., The Great Satan, Babylon)
Why does the Olympics logo has five rings if they are suppose to represent the inhabited continents?
That would be Australia, Asia, Africa, Europe, and A-m-e-r-i-c-a...
What happened to the sixth ring? Why?
Why is the US officially called The United States of America and not The United States of North America or The United States of The Americas?
Did the founding fathers knew its all one continent called America?
Why did people from the US later invented that what has always been one continent called America is now two continents known as North America, South America or simply The Americas?
Did the US consult with all the nations of America before adopting that view?
Are the people from the US superior to all the other people of this continent and that is why no one bothered to ask for everyone's input about the change?
Is this a side effect of white supremacy, given that the US has been an overwhelmingly white country in an overhwelmingly brown continent?
Food for thought.
