Yes, when I was in high school a bus used to pick us after school and my friends and I were part of the audience. It was for a segment called "solteros/solteras sin compromiso" (Single and free) I remember they brought like 8-10 guys who wanted to "find a girlfriend" and we would clap for our favorite. We the audience used to get a ticket with a number and we could win a paid dinner date with the winner. I used to think they all looked gay.

One of our friends won a date with the winner but he told her he was only there because he wanted to become an actor and he didn't go out with her

Default Brazilian biblical soap wins Argentine Nacional Soccer Team!

The brazilian soap, "Moses y Los Diez Mandamientos," which opened last Monday (28), in Argentina, remained with an excellent audience, and dug the first isolated, even in the face of the game of Argentina National Soccer Team. It also grew compared to the first chapter.

The novela I am watching right now on Netflix, Flor Salvaje, started out barbaric like. It was also corny, but all the ones I've seen with exception of Fujitivos, start out that way and I never think I will make it to 2nd episode but they are addicting and next thing I know is all I think about, lol

Yeah, they are addictive, even when they are bad! Lol

Novelas are my guilty pleasure, though sometimes they overwhelm me with their drama. They are ALL ultra-dramatic, no matter what country they are from.

I have seen plenty of black people on Latin TV. Not so many Indigenous looking people.
