Business in Bolivia (cost, country, place, population)

[FONT=Calibri][SIZE=3]I am working on business negotiation project and need to do some research about Bolivia. My country supposes to be Belgium and my company is a Steel Manufacturing. I want to place a factory in Lapaz, Bolivia. I need some info regarding to this place include: import/export rules (restriction if any), population, and costs (labor/wages, real estates…). The links I found on Google don’t have info in detail. Please help![/SIZE][/FONT]
