Hello all!

Are stores open on Sundays in Brazil? What are the normal hours of operation.

Also, what are some must-see locations in Sao Paulo? Or restaurants?

Thanks!

Sure. São Paulo is the most important city of Brazil. It is in operation 24 hours a day 7 days a week: All kinds of store, restaurants, gas stations, flowers shops, etc... and etc...
The normal operations in all Brazil is from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, but shhoppings until 10:00 pm.

Cool, thanks! When do bars close in the evenings?

Can you recommend 2-3 must-do things for a late 20-something?

Does anyone know how long it would take to get from Sao Paulo to Campinas around 3PM on a business day? By either public transit or taxi or shuttle? And how much it would cost?

I lived in Sao Paulo for six months. Nightlife is 24 hours. One night I went into a club around midnight, and seriously, did not leave until NOON the next day. I had no idea that much time went by, people will still partying and dancing just as heard, and shocked to step outside and see the high noon sun.

Also, Sao Paulo is famous for 3am traffic jams - because of the nightlife.
