Hi all!

I'm trying to get an idea of the newer apartment complexes in several n'hoods (specifically Government Hill & Midtown). There seem to be a number of apartment complexes (mostly managed by Weidner), but I can't figure out which ones are newer. I'm fairly blown away by how small some of the floorplans are, and I was wondering if the newer the apartment complex, the smaller the apartment...demand is so high it seems like they can get away with this!

Any input would be great. So much thanks!
lindsey

Check out Schwantes Properties in midtown for some well priced two bedrooms, they seemed new enough. I lived at the Four Winds, it is right on Fireweed and it had a big living room and kitchen and the bedrooms were good sized. No washer/dryer in the apt though, but there was some in the building.

There's a new Park Plaza II on 16th & A- just west of the old Park Plaza Apartments. It's rather handsome from the outside, although it is right on A Street.
