I work in a pet store, and dogs (all pets, in fact) are welcome here. While we appreciate people whose dogs do not make messes, or who pick up after their pets, we also recognize that even a well-trained dog can have an accident in such a stimulating environment. Keeping the store clean is part of the customer service we offer. Let someone know where the mess is, and we will deal with it. The thing that makes me angry is when people know it happened and say nothing, leaving us to find the puddle or pile later. That creates an unhealthy situation for everyone in the store.
