I am looking at moving from my current apartment in June and was wondering if anyone had an idea for a good Realtor to contact to help me find an apartment or small house in the Anchorage area and possibly out to Eagle River for the right place. My biggest obstacle is finding a place that allows two Huskies(they're new puppies still). Any info will help.

I'm working with Jason Trout (
www.jasontrout.com; jason@jasontrout.com ) at Keller Williams. He has been very accomodating. We live in northern Ca and I've only been up for 2 very brief homebuying tours. We managed to see a large number of houses in a short time, we put an offer on one that was accepted and he has been handling the details for us since we won't move up until after closing. Don't know if he also handles rentals, but I'm sure he could refer you. Good luck.
