We got the money situation all figured out, the packing trailer is slated to arrive on the 24th of this month and all we got to do is load that thing up and off it goes...we're making the drive up the Alcan highway in about three weeks and I just can't believe this is finally going to happen for us
We're in the middle of a heatwave right now for the next several weeks. I can't wait to leave these kinds of temperatures behind for good

Good luck! We drove up from Massachusetts almost three years ago and despite the many stressful moments it was an amazing experience. The Milepost was absolutely invaluable. Hope you have the freedom to take your time and enjoy the trip!

We're doing it over 5 days starting this Friday from Chicago. Bought a dash cam to record the entire drive so we can timelapse it to share with friends and family later. Really looking forward to it as well.

Who is doing all this hiring, I would be really weary about taking a job in AK right now. Lots of lay offs happening and more to come. You could very well start your job and be laid off in a few months.
