How is the area around 333 E 11th Ave, Anchorage, AK. I’m looking at this house I think it’s in Fairview. Do I have to worry about crime in the area? Where is the Hispanic area of Anchorage ?

I wouldn't recommend this general area. This part of Fairview is less desirable as there are drug & alcohol activities that frequently occur.

There are no exclusively hispanic areas in Anchorage. You might try Mountain View, where there's a very diverse population, but again, like Fairview, you have to be careful.

We would always tell folks to avoid neighborhoods with "View" in the name. Mountain View was kind of sketchy when I was there. I will say I always enjoyed Hula Hands though.

Anchorage as a whole is much more sketchy now. The "Californians" are taking over the assembly and the local government.

Yep. They don't nickname this town "Los Anchorage" for nothing. In my opinion, other than it's obvious location, it's no different from the lower 49 cities.

Crime, gangs, homelessness, drugs etc., It's all here.

Speaking of California, I've seen people move from California to Oregon/Washington State and from there to here.

Even the Muldoon area is getting worse.
