Ah yes Warpt please don't awake a sleeping whatchamacallit maybe he has finally made the right decision. It's only two days since he wanted to go hunting in the National Parks so we don't do more than Tic-Tock and hope we get to add 222 More days like the last two.

Just got in from Kodiak. Wonderful weather from Homer to here and a totally fine trip. Two days of rain and two days of sun in Kodiak which makes it come out even. Have a few pictures if I can figure out how to upload them. Merry Christmas to all.

I'm trying to upload a picture we took in Kodiak. It is a picture of a series of beaver dams which shows considerable engineering skills by some pretty decent engineers who don't complain but get to work and finish their job. If it comes through look at the colored arrows. The green arrow shows the lowest water level, the yellow arrow shows the center pool's water level which is where the lodge (purple arrow) is located and the red arrow shows the highest level. I've been watching these beavers efforts for several years now and they have gradually taken down all the small trees which were there and they may have now eaten themselves out of house and home. But over the years they have created three pools and built a home of considerable size.

I hope this works!!!!!
