I would check the Signature Club Apartments in Ann Arbor and other apartments in that area (Eisenhower Ave. and South Main Street).

No, avoid S. Main/Ann Arbor-Saline area 94 entrance. It will be closed for the summer and you don't want to deal with that!

Checkout Cloverlane Apartments at Michigan Ave and I-94. The two complexes are called The Pines of Cloverlane and The Hamptons of Cloverlane. I am pretty sure they offer car ports for parking. Our youngest has friends who lived there for a couple years as newlyweds and they had no complaints
