Most of the houses in this Forbes article ARE ugly but I actually like the last two. The one in Beverly Hills just needs a little more lawn.

Tell the owners of the "gas station house" that the portico needs to be scaled down and the columns made fatter.

Most of the home listed in that article are clearly for people with new money that have no class or taste. Old money will never live in those contraptions.

^^^ I like the front but the back facade is a disaster. The extensive verandas and railings don't go with the period and style of a castle.

Not the worst, but it looks like they tried to put in a bit of everything.

^^^^Yeah, it looks like it was built well and is well taken care of, but the premise seems to be; if one arched window is good, wouldnt ten be bad ass.....

Building a mulit-million dollar snout-house is like building a gold-plated mahogany hobo shack.

It looks like they built the garage first, then added a mcmansion behind it.... probably after they refinanced that Mercedes for a lower payment half-way through the initial lease.

They must be "new money"!

I looks like they had Yahtzee dice with various architectural styles/elements on them. For each area - shake the cup, throw the dice and instal whatever comes up. Did they have a sale on leftover house parts?

It's Frankenhouse!
