Anyone build a 2 story house with the whole 1st floor as the garage? (plan, space)

As the title states......35 x100 footprint yielding a 3500 sq ft home, 3500 sq ft garage below. Potentially a home theatre/gym on the first floor using some of the garage space.

Home would have garage entry/exit doors on the ends of the structure in order to keep the home aesthetically balanced and a drive through ability (vs a bunch of garage doors). Lot is 5 acres so a 100 ft wide home won't look out of place/scale. Garage will house a 45 ft diesel coach, boats etc in addition to a small collection of cars.

Anything is possible- just a matter of how much money you want to throw at it!

I've seen several plans that incorporate house/apt over garage. I was also involved in the design of an attached home w/hanger. The hanger was not only for a V-tail Bonanza, but it also housed a "pusher" motor coach, a 20'+ cuddycabin boat, and a few collector cars.

The design possibilities are endless-
It's all about the money!
