Well, my trip to Cottonwood went great, I interviewed at Verde Valley Medical Center and got the job. Then my realtor and I found the perfect home for me, then the **** hit the fan and my daughter called to let me know the guy who was to buy my home in SE MI changed his mind. The closing was to be this tuesday the 30th, I just called my boss and he was more then happy to give me back my resignation my last day was to of been tomorrow. I called my realtor and tomorrow I will have to call the hospital, I so wanted this job only 12 min and 6 miles from the house I was to put a bid on. And I was already pre approved for the mortage, I will cry myself to sleep tonight.
I do believe this will be the longest winter for me.
Debbie SE MI

Debbie, you don't have to buy a house right away. I think it's best to rent first, as you will get to know the lay of the land. If you can find tenants/family members for your home in Mi. c'mon down.

Add me to that list as well.

It is as if Debbie SE MI is being 'blocked' from buying a place till housing prices drop even further.

I'm SOOOOO sorry about your bad luck. Bu, like Sheena said - EVERYTHING happens for a reason. Without trying to sound too deep here or anything, it will happen when it's meant to happen. That's always been my experience in life. Even when you think the WORST thing has happened to you, you find out later (MUCH later) that it was for the best. Hang in their Debbie, and think positive . . . it WILL happen when the time is right! Stay with us and keep us informed!!!!
