meo92953 has already seen Cochise County and she's on her way home already? Wow - quick going's. Did she like Cochise County? I like Cochise County a lot - the Dragoon Mountains and Tombstone and Bisbee and Sierra Vista. Not to forget the old Ft.Bowie ruins and the Chiricahua Mountains. Chock full of cool scenery and sparsely populated and not really that expensive, overall, ta live there.

Yup, on my way home. Thanks to dee, was able to secure an apartment in her complex. I can investigate the fun stuff once I move there.

There's too much to get done to prepare for the move. No time to waste.

Oh, for sure. We're in the same boat over here in KC as I am looking for work and none of the local fish are biting. Ogdensburg, NY, is though, and Colorado Springs, CO, might. I'll know Monday or Tuesday if either of them will be my next workplace city and our next place ta live.

Enjoy your new home, meo92953!

Thanks, elko. Hope you get what you want too. I'd say fingers crossed, but prayer works best for me.

I stopped too soon today, still over 200 miles to Denver but the winds were trying to shove that little cube around & there were miles & miles of construction.

So time to rest my weary arms before I start out in the morning. May take an extra day but better safe than sorry. Pueblo is only about 100 miles but I saw the motel signs here at wherever I am & stopped.
