I think it impressive that you have a "window blind slats guy."

$8.00 for the blinds, $210.00 for 2/hr. labor.

Are you a partner at Dewey, Cheatem & Howe?

I'm voting for this as the best post of the week. Madolf, if you ever come near Paradise, CA 95969, I want to buy you a beer. I mean it. I can be as sarcastic as anyone, but not today. PM me for address or phone number.

I have decided to start a GOFUN4ME page for the OP !!! Obviously he needs BETTER legal council than some of the peeps responding here and I have a few lined up, but they don't come cheap . I'm thinking $50K - give or take a few G's !!!!

Of course I may need to use some of that money to find him first, as he appears to have gone MIA .

Mind you the blinds were not damaged by anyone or by pets i had the front and back to let air flow they and it got really windy while I was in the shower and they broke off by the wind! Not by negligence or purposeful damage! They actually stated in the paper left in my door it was a safety issue and violation of my damn lease! Can they do this??
Sounds excessive for $16 unpaid bill.

What other run-ins have you had with the apt. manager?
