Easiest area in the Southwest to find a 45 to 90 day house rental?

I am also about to ask the question but also as some one potentially looking to look for property that I can rent out myself either room by room or as a whole. I also prefer one with RV parking.
I am currently looking at Lake Havasu City, Ehrenberg, Flagstaff, Page, and towns near Sedona, I prefer to avoid the metro areas if possible but would consider it if its the only place I could generate descent rental income year round. I be curious whether I should choose short term rentals or long term rentals. I know that some towns are mostly serving tourists or winter snowbirds. The hotter cities people would generally avoid the summer if they are staying short term. I heard a lot of Arizona's real estate and rentals are occupied by so called "snow birds"

I am also trying to escape from one of those long fallen fantasy lands.
