Depends on whether or not you want a real business...ie: business license, bonding, etc. Determine what area you will cover (for mileage) factor your gasoline costs into that as well as hourly time spent to get prices/fees for your services. Print business cards and distribute at vets and feed stores, etc...advertise as much as you can afford. A good animal care-taker is always in demand...many are a little flakey. If you provide a safe and reliable service you will gain clientele by word of mouth.

Probably need to advertise at first...then use business cards/flyers. Or try Craigs List. But if you do a good job and are honest and reliable, the news will travel fast! If you live near Prescott I would hire you next month!!! I need a sitter badly and they are hard to find!!!
