And the cold reality is the Midwest is hurting more and more due to no jobs.

To whom it may concern: when I was age 20 (a young person); I hate cold weather hence my leaving the Wash DC area 31 years ago, never to return.

Besides: the market was flagrantly over valued so it had to crash-----------hard. Oh well. Wecome to the free market.

Yeah. Pretty sad.

I guess that's why everybody keeps moving to Arizona, and the great and warm southwest. We'll accomodate as many of these poor cold souls as we can...

Homes are flying. I am in the market and trying to buy. Every chance I get I find 6 offers submitted with mine. I have went $20,000 over listing on most. Houses are starting to fly. If you were smart you'd buy now while the market is rebounding. Do it now before the same STUPID INVESTORS get back in here. Of course it is them that caused this. Then they pulled out the rug and we all felt it.

Perhaps in the under $150K market as well as the $500K+ one said homes are moving. Those homes between those price points are still declining in value.

Hahaha!

Do you honestly believe in this day and age that any poster on these forums would give out personal info to someone they don't know or trust?

You seriously need to try to make a positive impact where your HEART is (midwest) instead of spewing a constant barrage of negativity where it ain't (southwest)!

True, your anonimity masks the surprising truth that you actually live in Michigan ... and love it! To actually believe you're in Arizona? Nah.

Naysayers are like Chicken Little running around screaming: "The sky is falling... the sky is falling!"

They're ticking time bombs... unhappy with their own lives... having nothing else to do but scurry around and make everybody else as miserable as they are... tick... tick... tick...

Tick... tick... tick... ...tick... tick... tick...
