I have search for some information online, many people said that Harbin is a good place to go for winter visit. And there are a lot of beautiful photos.
Do you have any advice for me?

It depends on what you want for a winter vacation. Harbin has the famous ice festival, but the temps are Siberian temps. If you want to go someplace warmer, Yunnan Province would be beautiful, and has interesting minority cultures. It's sub-tropical, but cool because of the mountain elevations. Do your internet research before you go anywhere, though. You can look up weather and temps, geography, culture, etc.
Macau is better than Harbin, the weather of macau is not too cold and there are many casino and beautiful place. you can enjoy the shows in casino and the fisherman's wharf is a great tourist attraction.
Harbin is good. It has a big Ice Festival, so you can come to enjoy the Ice and Snow World, experience the Ice Lantern Show and try the dog sledding. That's exciting.
