Far East, Near East, Middle East were terms made up by colonizers from Europe.

they might as well invent their own terms if they really have their own minds instead of using terms from a European perspective during colonial times.

The terms Near/Far East were not made up by colonizers or are you claiming that there was European colonization (as we know it) going on in Asia before the 1400's?

I was talking about my non-Japanese friends in Japan but i do know some Japanese people who uses those terms too plus Far/Near West, never heard Middle West tho.

ok, it may not be colonizers but certainly the terms were from European perspective

using Near, Middle and Far certainly werent invented by Asian, whether the Chinese or Indians who have the oldest civilization.

it was not also invented by the Americans otherwise Far East would be Near West from their perspective.

so who was Far, or Near from whom?
