I was talking to a friend the other day about how soothing walking in the forest is. He mentioned that the Japanese have a word: Shinrin yoku which translates to forest bathing. Is there an equivalent for that soothing feeling when you walk along the sea, the waves gently lapping at your bare feet? Thanks in advance.
