Oh please! They will go to court to remove a cross in a public highway that has been there for a century. These guys would go to Rome and destroy Saint Peters because they are offended. Many of them are zealots. They have a seizure if the see a Xmas tree in city hall. They are insane!
I am very familiar with that particular case, in Maryland, since I once lived in the area. The cross was not in the middle of the highway originally. The highway was later moved.
No one from FFRF has gone to Rome and destroyed anything. In fact, what property has the FFRF destroyed?

Petunia: In colloquial terms when one says "you have an agenda" it means a hidden goal. You took the words literally on purpose. That is a debate tactic that sometimes ------actually works. No loss of honor as far as I can tell.
