If you read the thread you'll get some insight into how the term agnostic was coined, by whom, and why, and how many have changed its meaning. The difference between agnosticism and atheism depends on the definitions used. In my case, I agree, there's not much practical difference if you use the original definition of "agnostic". If you do not believe god can be known, then it is very difficult to form beliefs about god.

Hmmm, so you're saying that the deity can be fooled by human actions??? Kind of an odd position for a christian to take.
