My husband is flying to Atlanta for an interview with Lockheed-Martin in Marietta next week and while we are not positive that he has the job yet we are optimistic. I have been reading mixed reviews about Marietta, Roswell and Woodstock and want to make sure that we are in a safe area with good schools. I am, so far, shocked at how nice some of the houses on craigslist look and the low rent.

As for the listings you may have found on CL--Roswell, Marietta and Woodstock cover fairly large areas and the neighborhoods vary.
