There isn't one. There has been some talk of running BRT down I-20 (although I don't know if Moreland would have a stop) but this isn't one of the high priority corridors right now. You will see transit in a lot of other places before you saw expanded service to EAV. Also, I think local government would probably consider the area "served" by transit because it is pretty close to the Marta east line. In at least the next fifty years any expansion you see will only be in areas where no transit is anywhere remotely close by.

The citizens for progressive map does show rail coming down I-20 but there isn't anybody in power talking about this. CfPT (http://www.cfpt.org/pages/wctv - broken link) The beltline would come relatively close to EAV (not much closer then the existing rail though), but I'm not sure how long it would be before transit was built on that segment (at least 10 years I would guess).
