My wife and I are seriously looking into buying a home in Loganville in The Arbors at Tara development. We'd love to hear from some residents there and have a few questions:
What is the percentage of white/black/hispanic/asian/indian/etc?
Are there police cars patrolling there often and do you see any riff raff going on in there?
What's the community features like? Is the pool taken care of, run well, people that frequent it seem normal?
Also, some comments on the integrity of the construction of the houses would be helpful and any idea what an electric bill would run for a 3,000 sq ft home.
We may bid on something as early as this evening so any immediate help would be greatly appreciated. We had our apartment burglarized this year so the safety of the neighborhood where we buy a house is at the top of our priority list.
