What does Reagan have to do with this administration continuing the trend of reckless government spending with no plan to address entitlement spending? Oh right... "Blame the other side."
Sure, for the Teabaggers (read: birthers) and Trojan Horse Republicans (read: libertarians) "reckless spending and deficits" only become important when a Democrat is President. Where were these people when Bush was spending like a drunk sailor and getting our soldiers killed in a war started under false pretense...but now that Obama has to inject stimulus dollars to stop our economy from collapsing in the Great Recession the same authoritarians and neo-cons suddenly get riled up.

Don't worry, the internal infernal rage against a Democrat president will be over soon when he is re-elected. Its not far. Then y'all can start planning to schedule the GOP clown circus for 2016 again.

It does pain me to see a country that was built on hard work an innovation become a country of "poor me" and "how can the government help me." This is utter and complete BS. When was the last time you built a road or bridge with your personal money? Never. So please drop the claim that you do not depend on the government. I could go on and on but its neither worth my time or yours frankly. And you know what, you may be right, since President Obama is a socialist and the country was flourishing before he got in office with a record surplus and he spent all of it and now for the very first time in our history people are on foodstamps. Yep all his fault...not bad reasoning on your part whatsoever. FAIL DUDE.....

But you are entitled to your opinion

I can assure you that as a libertarian, Republicans are far from 'off the hook' in the spending department in our minds. If they had been faithful to the original tenets of the party, the Tea Party Movement would likely not exist in the first place.
Obama 'has to inject' stimulus dollars into our economy to save it from collapse? What planet are you living on? Apparently one that doesn't offer Economics 101.
As far as the current president's re-election is concerned, I certainly wouldn't be popping my champagne cork just yet.

And nevermind the fact that he saved the US Auto industry, killed Bin Laden, withdrew the troops from Iraq and implemented a necessary healthcare bill. This is why I don't get much into politics because people let their views make their logic nil at times.

Aren't libertarians the same people who think that FDR made the great depression worse?

Republicans believe it, too. Probably because he did.

LOL, Michelle Obama's initiative combats childhood obesity. Obama isn't an adolescent.

Furthermore, there's a big difference between treating yourself to a fast food meal occasionally and indulging in it regularly. But I'm pretty sure y'all knew that.

POINT BEING, I don't need a government that wants to direct me on how I feed my children or on any other matter in my personal life that doesn't infringe on the civil rights of another citizen. Michelle can shove anything down the maw of her family that she wants; I expect her to afford me the same respect, as it is none of her business what I feed my family. We're not adolescents, either.

So yes or no.... Do you think kids should eat more carrots? I don't understand the need to politicalize every single thing, even when 99% of the population would agree that eating more carotts is a good thing. Life is too short to be arguing over this stupid ****

I couldn't agree more . Therefore, I would ask the Imperial Government to stop spending OUR money on these bull**it programs.
