Exactly. Anderson and Wolf aren't based in Atlanta, but they are here for high-level meetings all the time.

Does it matter? The CNN center holds a lot, including Tru T.V., Turner Broadcasting systems, TBS, TNT, Turner Classical Channel, Cartoon Network, and more. It holds all their studios. Even though Wolf or Anderson don't broadcast from Atlanta, there's sure a lot of executives who do work in Atlanta.

None of these are in CNN Center. TruTV is based in NYC, and TBS, TNT, TCM, and Cartoon are in the facility over on Techwood/14th Street. There are also some studios on Williams Street.

Turner Broadcasting the company (not the network) is based at CNN Center.

For the comment about the Ratings.....

CNN was the most-watched cable news network on Election Night, topping second-place Fox News Channel, which had dominated the debate nights, by 128,000 viewers.

According to Nielsen fast national ratings data, CNN averaged 8.836 million total viewers from 7 p.m.-2 a.m. ET while Fox News was close behind with 8.708 million viewers from when the polls first closed through both President Obama's and Mitt Romney's speeches.

MSNBC was a distant third, drawing 4.604 million total viewers. CNN topped the advertiser-coveted adults 25-54 demo by a wider margin, averaging 4.387 million viewers to FNC's 3.494 million and MSNBC's 2.021 million.

That's fantastic news! Proves that on big news events, people still turn to CNN. Now, if only a fraction of those viewers would watch CNN on a regular basis the network would be solid in the ratings game. Of course, one thing people fail to realize is that on a normal night, CNN's viewership fluctuates greatly. People tune in, tune out, get the headlines and walk away. Fox News viewers are insane and never change the channel.

Actually, TruTV has been in Atlanta for over a year. In Session is broadcast from a CNN Center studio/control room from 9am-3pm. Their master control is at Techwood.

I agree. I'm so sick of hearing Fox News saying their the "#1 News Channel" in the country. Give me a break.

Seems to me that most of the CNN news, especially, related towards the election, was shot from DC or NYC, not from Atlanta?
