There are many factories in North Gwinnett in Lawrenceville, Duluth, and Suwanne, which you can see on the road as you drive on I-85--Avon, Bakeries, Northrup Grumman, JVC, Phillips, Fujitsu, Rooms to Go, etc.

They are located just East and West of I-85 north of Steve Reynolds Blvd on the paralells streets Satellite (West-side) and Horizon Dr NE (East-side).

I travel from Mableton to the Cumberland business park every day for work (7.5 miles each way), and the traffic I saw up in the Perimeter Mall area when driving up there for a class just north of the Perimeter Mall was FAR worse than anything I've ever encountered down in our area.

The Perimeter Mall might be a popular area, but there are pluses and minuses to that.
